PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 588 of Title 14 NYCRR.

Purpose:
To revise and correct inaccurate references to Part 587 within Part 588 of Title 14 NYCRR.
