Notice is hereby given that the Department of Transportation has declared that 239 Colesville Road, improved with a brick one-family dwelling consisting of 1,548± square feet, circa 1960, located on an approximately 0.555± acre site in Kirkwood, Broome County, is no longer useful for State program purposes and has been declared abandoned to the Commissioner of General Services for sale or other disposition as unappropriated State land.
