A Notice of Adoption, I.D. No. EDU-14-08-00009-A, pertaining to Teacher Tenure Determinations, published in the August 20, 2008 issue of the State Register did not indicate a notice of revised rule making was previously published.

A Notice of Emergency Adoption and Revised Rule Making pertaining to the above adoption was published in the July 16, 2008 issue of the State Register.
