Transfer of Water Supply Assets
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Commission is considering a joint petition filed by Scott A. Tozzi and J.J. Gokey Properties, Inc. for approval to transfer the water supply assets of Roland Properties, Inc., f/k/a Knollwood Water Company, to J.J. Gokey Properties, Inc.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1) and 89-h
Subject:
Transfer of water supply assets.
Purpose:
To transfer the water plant assets of Roland Properties, Inc., f/k/a Knollwood Water Company, to J.J. Gokey Properties, Inc.
Substance of proposed rule:
On June 20, 2008, Scott A. Tozzi and J.J. Gokey Properties, Inc. filed a joint petition requesting approval to transfer the water supply assets of Roland Properties, Inc. (Roland) f/k/a Knollwood Water Company (Knollwood) to J.J. Gokey Properties, Inc. Roland currently provides water service to 4 residential homes in the Town of Malone, Franklin County. The Commission may approve or reject, in whole or in part, or modify the petition.
