LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

Subject to availability of funding, the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit applications from local government and non-for-profit agencies for the Motor Vehicle Theft and Insurance Fraud Prevention Demonstration Program. Approximately $4,200,000 will be available. The RFP is available on the DCJS website at http://www.criminaljustice.state.ny.us/ofpa/newrfp.htm. Proposals will be accepted through September 22, 2008.
