Petition for the Submetering of Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Park Hill Housing, LLC f/k/a College Hill Apartments, to submeter electricity at 63-34 South St., Middletown, NY.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of Park Hill Housing, LLC, to submeter electricity at 63-34 South St., Middletown, NY.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Park Hill Housing, LLC, f/k/a College Hill Apartments, to submeter electricity at 63-34 South Street, Middletown, New York, located in the territory of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.
