• OCFS is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of awarding a contract(s) to qualified not-for-profit organization(s) to administer legally-exempt enrollment services in New York City in the boroughs of Brooklyn, Staten Island, Manhattan, and Queens.

•The New York City legally-exempt caregiver enrollment agencies once established will be required to conduct specific functions within set time frames. New York City's legally-exempt child care caregivers will be required to become enrolled through a legally-exempt caregiver enrollment agency in order to be eligible to receive child care subsidy payments.
