PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 5620.10 of Title 9 NYCRR.

General Municipal Law, sections 188-a and 189(6)
Subject:
Merchandise wheels and the maximum dollar amount of prizes that can be awarded before the wheel must be closed.
Purpose:
To amend the board's games of chance rules and regulations.
