Notice of Abandoned Property Received by the State Comptroller
Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law. City of Rochester Request for Proposal Auditing Services for Deferred Compensation Plan
The City of Rochester's Deferred Compensation Plan Committee is seeking written proposals from qualified auditors to provide auditing services for the Deferred Compensation Plan for City employees established pursuant to Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code.
The City's Plan has approximately 2,132 participants, and a plan value of $118.6 million as of December 31, 2007.

Pursuant to 19 NYCRR 1205, the petitions below have been received by the Department of State for action by the Uniform Code Regional Boards of Review. Involved is an existing four story building, of ordinary construction, for assembly-restaurant occupancy with approximate gross floor area of 44,000 square feet, located at 72–76 Pearl street, City of Buffalo, County of Erie, State of New York.
2008-0085 Matter of Joseph Martino, 1474 High Falls Road, Catskill, NY 12414 appealing the determination of the local code official concerning certificates of occupancy. The petitioner requests issuance of certificates of occupancy by the local code official.

Involved is the alteration of the third floor of an existing 26 story, fire resistive building of business occupancy with approximate gross floor area of 453,000 square feet, located at 350 Main Street, City of Buffalo, County of Erie, State of New York.
