The public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, January 16, 2008, concerning consideration of Fuel Sources, Fossil Fuel Generation Efficiency and Net Metering standards (“Standards”) as required by the Federal Energy Policy Act of 2005 (“EPACT”) has been postponed, to be rescheduled at a future date.
