PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Nov. 7, 2007, approved St. Lawrence Gas Company, Inc.'s (company) petition to amend the commission's April 18, 2007 order to authorize deferral of carrying costs at the company's overall pretax rate of return of 10.93 percent on $750,300 of deferred costs.

The Public Service Commission approved St. Lawrence Gas Company, Inc.'s (Company) petition to amend the Commission's April 18, 2007 Order to authorize deferral of carrying costs at the Company's overall pretax rate of return of 10.93 percent on $750,300 of deferred costs.
