Tariff Revisions by Mt. Ebo Water Works, Inc.
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Oct. 17, 2007, adopted an order approving Mt. Ebo Water Works, Inc.'s request to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its tariff schedule, P.S.C. No.—Water, to become effective Nov. 1, 2007.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1) and (10)
Subject:
Water rates and charges.
Purpose:
To approve an increase in Mt. Ebo Water Works, Inc.'s annual revenues by $24,174 or 9.6 percent.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission adopted an order allowing Mt. Ebo Water Works, Inc. to increase annual revenues by $24,174 or 9.6%, effective November 1, 2007, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
