PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
Amendment of Appendix(es) 1 and 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Civil Service Law, section 6(1)
Subject:
Jurisdictional classification.
Purpose:
To delete a position from and classify positions in the exempt class and delete a position from the non-competitive class in the Department of Health.
Text of proposed rule:
Amend Appendix(es) 1 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the exempt class, in the Department of Health, by deleting therefrom the position of Director Bureau Medical Assistance Operations and by increasing the number of positions of Specialist Assistant from 12 to 14; and
Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Department of Health, by deleting therefrom the position of Social Services New York City Systems Specialist (1).
