Proposed action:
Amendment of Appendix(es) 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.

Subject:
Jurisdictional classification.
Purpose:
To delete a position from the non-competitve class in the Department of Civil Service.
Text of proposed rule:
Amend Appendix(es) 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Department of Civil Service, by deleting therefrom the position of Director Policy and Program Development (1).
