Energy Efficiency Program by Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. has submitted a proposal for an electric energy efficiency program in P.S.C. Case 06-E-1433.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5, 65, 66 and 72
Subject:
Energy Efficiency Program.
Purpose:
To consider any energy efficiency program for Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s electric service.
Substance of proposed rule:
Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. (Orange and Rockland) has submitted a proposal for an electric energy efficiency program in PSC Case 06-E-1433. The Commission may accept, reject or modify Orange and Rockland's proposal. It may consider counter-proposals submitted by other parties as part of their comments on the Orange and Rockland proposal, submitted by other parties or take other action as appropriate in its consideration of the energy efficiency issue.
