PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

The commission, on Sept. 19, 2007, adopted an order in Case 07-E-0743 approving the petition filed by be@189 Schermerhorn LP to submeter electricity at 189 Schermerhorn St., New York, NY.
