PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 250.6 of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
State Finance Law, section 163(6), (6-a); and L. 2006, ch. 56 part D, section 4
Subject:
Discretionary thresholds in State procurement.
Purpose:
To amend the discretionary buying thresholds and remain consistent with section 4 of part D of chapter 56 of the Laws of 2006.
