Loan of Instructional Computer Hardware
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 21.3 and 100.12 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 101 (not subdivided), 207 (not subdivided), 215 (not subdivided), 305(1) and (2), 753(1) and 754(1); and L. 2007, ch. 57, sections 7-a and 7-b
Subject:
Loan of instructional computer hardware.
Purpose:
To implement Education Law sections 753 and 754, as added by chapter 57 of the Laws of 2007, to provide for the loan of instructional computer hardware from public school districts to nonpublic school students.
