PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by 53rd and 2nd Associates, LLC, to submeter electricity at 250 E. 53rd St., New York, NY.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To submeter electricity at 250 E. 53rd St., New York, NY.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by 53rd and 2nd Associates, LLC, to submeter electricity at 250 East 53rd Street, New York, New York, located to the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
