PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by 1094 Group, LLC, to submeter electricity at 132 Lakefront Blvd., Buffalo, NY.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To submeter electricity at 132 Lakefront Blvd., Buffalo, NY.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by 1094 Group, LLC, to submeter electricity at 132 Lakefront Boulevard, Buffalo, New York, located to the territory of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation.
