New Types of Gas Meters and Accessories by KeySpan Energy Delivery
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on July 18, 2007, approved an application by KeySpan Energy Delivery of New York for the use of the Roots MicroCorrector Model IMCW2 for customer billing applications in New York State.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 67(1)
Subject:
Approval of types of gas meters and accessories.
Purpose:
To approve the Roots MicroCorrector Model IMCW2 meters to be utilized in New York State.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission adopted an order approving a petition by KeySpan Energy Delivery of New York for the use of the Roots MicroCorrector Model IMCW2 gas volume corrector manufactured by Dresser Incorporated to be used in customer billing applications for commercial and industrial use in New York State.

No changes.
