High Pressure Gas Service by the New York and Presbyterian Hospital
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on July 18, 2007, denied the petition of The New York and Presbyterian Hospital for high pressure service and penalty action against Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison).
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 5, 65 and 66
Subject:
The New York and Presbyterian Hospital's request for a direct connection to Con Edison's gas transmission system.
Purpose:
To deny the request of The New York and Presbyterian Hospital for a direct connection to Con Edison's gas transmission system.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission denied the petition of The New York and Presbyterian Hospital for high pressure service and penalty action against Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
