PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on July 18, 2007, adopted an order approving the joint proposal of New York State Electric and Gas Corporation (NYSEG), staff of the Department of Public Service, New York State Power Authority, (NYPA), multiple intervenors, and public utility law project on new allocations of NYPA economic development power for delivery by NYSEG.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5, 65(1) and 66(1)

Purpose:
To approve the joint proposal on new allocations of economic development power for delivery by NYSEG.
Substance of final rule:
The Public Service Commission adopted an order approving the joint proposal of New York State Electric and Gas Corporation (NYSEG), Staff of the Department of Public Service, New York State Power Authority, (NYPA), Multiple Intervenors, and Public Utility Law Project on new allocations of NYPA economic development power for delivery by NYSEG, subject to the terms and conditions of the order.
