PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve or reject, or modify, in whole or in part, a petition filed by General Motors Corporation for permission to submeter gas service to commercial gas customers at the Salina Industrial Powerpark, One General Motors Dr., Syracuse, NY.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 65(1), 66(2), (3), (4), (5), (8), (9), (10), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of natural gas service to industrial and commercial customers at Salina Industrial Powerpark, One General Motors Dr., Syracuse, NY.
Purpose:
To consider whether to permit the submetering of natural gas service to industrial and commercial customers at Salina Industrial Powerpark, One General Motors Dr., Syracuse, NY.
Substance of proposed rule:
General Motors Corporation has filed a petition for approval to submeter natural gas service to commercial customers at the Salina Industrial Powerpark, One General Motors Drive, Syracuse, New York. The Commission may approve, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, this request.
