PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a proposed tariff filing by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to revise its Balancing Provisions Applicable to Service Classification (SC) No. 14 to tariff schedule P.S.C. No. 14—Gas.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Balancing Provisions Applicable to SC No. 14.
Purpose:
To revise Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation's Balancing Provisions to its SC No. 14.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a tariff filing by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to revise its balancing provisions applicable to S.C. 14 consistent with the other service classifications. The proposed filing has an effective date of April 1, 2012. The Commission may apply aspects of its decision here to the requirements for tariffs of other utilities.
