Whether to Permit the Use of the Sensus IConA Electric Meter
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or in part, a petition filed by Sensus Incorporated for approval to use the Sensus iConA electric meter.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 67(1)
Subject:
Whether to permit the use of the Sensus iConA electric meter.
Purpose:
Pursuant to 16 NYCRR Parts 92 and 93, Commission approval is necessary to permit the use of the Sensus iConA electric meter.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Sensus Incorporated on July 17, 2014 for approval of the use of the Sensus iConA electric meter as required by Public Service Law § 67 and 16 NYCRR Parts 92 and 93. The Commission may also consider other related matters.
