PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 200.1 of Title 6 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Environmental Conservation Law, sections 1-0101, 3-0301, 19-0103, 19-0105, 19-0301, 19-0303, 19-0305, 71-2103 and 71-2105
Subject:
Definition of "nonattainment area".
Purpose:
In response to a finding of attainment by EPA, the removal of the areas designated as "nonattainment" for the PM2.5 NAAQS.
