PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Use of SCPA section 1310 Affidavits for the collection of abandoned funds with the Office of Unclaimed Funds.
Purpose:
To set forth the situtations when SCPA section 1310 affidavits will be accepted for the claim of abandoned funds.
