PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
Revision in rates for Village of Marathon.
Statutory authority:
Public Authorities Law, section 1005(5)
Subject:
Rates for the sale of power and energy.
Purpose:
To maintain the system's fiscal integrity; this increase in rates is not the result of a Power Authority rate increase to the Village.
