Franchising Procedures by the Town of Eagle
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on April 18, 2007, adopted an order, in Case 05-V-1493, approving the Town of Eagle's request for a waiver of 16 NYCRR sections 894.1 through 894.4(b)(2) pertaining to the franchising process.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 216(1)
Subject:
Request for waiver of 16 NYCRR sections 894.1 through 894.4(b)(2).
Purpose:
To allow the Town of Eagle to waive certain preliminary franchising procedures.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission granted the Town of Eagle (Wyoming County) a waiver of 16 NYCRR, Part 984.1 through 984.4(b)(2) to expedite the franchising process.

No changes.
