PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 200-1.2(r) of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Executive Law, section 200; and Public Buildings Law, section 2
Subject:
Facility use.
Purpose:
To clarify that the New York State Executive Mansion, as established under article IV of the New York State Constitution, is a residence and shall not be considered a “state facility” for purposes of 9 NYCRR Part 300.
