PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Repeal of section 175.43 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Operating standards aid plan.
Purpose:
To eliminate a reporting requirement specifically associated with a category of State aid that is no longer individually calculated and paid to school districts.
