PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 452.10 of Title 18 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Social Services Law, sections 20(3)(d), 34(3)(f), 383-c, 384, 409-e and 459-g; L. 2002, ch. 178
Subject:
Require that information regarding the location or address of a domestic violence shelter be kept confidential, pursuant to Social Services Law section 459-g.
Purpose:
To bring regulations into compliance with statutory mandates for confidentiality of the location and address of a domestic violence shelter.
