PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

The commission, on May 16, 2007, approved Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s (O&R) request to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its schedule for gas service P.S.C. No. 4.

Fixed gas costs.

To allow the methodology for determining the fixed percentages used to allocate fixed and balancing service costs between O&R and Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. and establish a process to update these fixed percentages on an annual basis.

The Public Service Commission approved Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s (O&R) tariff filing to change the methodology for determining the percentages used to allocate the fixed gas costs and balancing service costs between O&R and Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc. and to establish a process to update the percentages on an annual basis.

No changes.
