PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Parts 700, 717, 790, 791 and 794 of Title 10 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Public Health Law, section 4002(2-b)
Subject:
Hospice residence dually certified beds.
Purpose:
To establish the standards and procedures for hospice residence beds dually certified for residence care and inpatient care. Also, update general standards for hospice residence.
