PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on March 21, 2007, adopted an order in Case 06-E-1178 approving the petition filed by Herbert E. Hirschfeld, P.E. to submeter electricity at Surf 21, 2930 and 2940 W. 21st St., Brooklyn, NY.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1)–(4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To submeter electricity at Surf 21, 2930 and 2940 W. 21st St., Brooklyn, NY.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission approved a request by Herbert E. Hirschfeld, P.E. to submeter electricity at Surf 21, 2930 and 2940 West 21st Street, Brooklyn, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.

No changes.
