Tariff for Electric Service
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Long Island Power Authority adopted a proposal to revise the authority's tariff for electric service in order to accommodate a change to the start and end dates of daylight saving time (DST).
Statutory authority:
Public Authorities Law, section 1020-f(z) and (u)
Subject:
Tariff for electric service.
Purpose:
To adopt revisions to the authority's tariff for electric service relating to commercial service classifications with rate codes having time differentiated rate periods.
