PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Part 466 and repeal of Part 467 of Title 9 NYCRR.

Executive Law, sections 290.3, 293.2, 295.5 and 297
Subject:
General regulations; election of arbitration.
Purpose:
To make minor changes, including updating various addresses, providing information regarding changes relative to Freedom of Information requests, and information about the division's website; and repeal an obsolete rule.
