PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of Part 170 to Title 5 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
L. 2004, ch. 60
Subject:
Empire State Film Production Tax Credit Program.
Purpose:
To promulgate regulations for the program, establish procedures for the allocation of tax credits and describe the application process, the due dates for applications, the standards used to evaluate the application and any other provisions deemed necessary and appropriate.
