PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Feb. 27, 2007, adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation's (the company) request to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its schedule for gas service P.S.C. No. 12 to become effective March 1, 2007.

Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Deliverability demand components.
Purpose:
To update the determination of deliverability demand billing components applicable to customers taking transport service under the company's gas retail access program.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission adopted an order approving a tariff filing by Central Hudson Electric & Gas Corporation (the company) to revise P.S.C. No. 12 to update the determination of deliverability demand billing components applicable to customers taking transport service under the company's gas retail access program.

No changes.
