PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 102 of Title 15 NYCRR.

Subject:

Purpose:
To conform the regulatory definition of low speed vehicles to the statutory definition.
