Initial Tariff Schedule by Muller Water Supply
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Feb. 16, 2007, adopted an order directing Muller Water Supply to cancel its initial tariff schedule, P.S.C. No. 1.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 89-e(2)
Subject:
Initial tariff schedule—electronic filing.
Purpose:
To cancel Muller Water Supply's tariff schedule, P.S.C. No. 1—Water.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission adopted an order directing Muller Water Supply to file a consecutively numbered supplement, on not less than one day's notice, on or before February 28, 2007 announcing cancellation of its tariff schedule, P.S.C. No. 1—Water, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
