PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

The commission, on Jan. 17, 2007, adopted an order granting the New York Independent System Operator authority to enter into a four-year unsecured Revolving Credit Agreement with four separate three-year term loan conversions to provide funding for the management of the New York power grid for the period of 2007-2010.

Indebtedness to be incurred by the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.

To approve the indebtedness incurred by the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.

The Commission approved the New York Independent System Operator's request to enter into an $80,000,000 Revolver/Term Loan for a four-year period to provide funding for the management of the New York power grid for the period of 2007-2010, subject to the terms and conditions of the order.
