PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 123.1 and repeal of sections 123.2 and 123.6 of Title 2 NYCRR.

Abandoned Property Law, section 1414

Filing of abandoned property records.
Purpose:
To repeal the use of magnetic cartridges for reporting purposes.
