PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is a petition filed by the City of Jamestown Board of Public Utilities seeking permission to recover a deferral amortization of maintenance costs from the dismantling fund set aside in the commission's Sept. 29, 2005 order. The commission may accept, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, the recovery requested.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), 65(1), and 66(1), (5), (9), and (12)
Subject:
Uniform system of accounts—request for recovery of deferral amortization.
Purpose:
To allow the City of Jamestown Board of Public Utilities to recover a deferral amortization.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering a petition by the City of Jamestown Board of Public Utilities seeking permission to recover a deferral amortization of maintenance costs from the dismantling fund set aside in the Commission's September 29, 2005 Order. The Commission may accept, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, the recovery requested.
