PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Part 152 (Regulation 124) of Title 11 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Insurance Law, sections 201, 301 and 2343(d) and (e); L. 2002, ch. 1, part A, section 42 as amd. by L. 2002, ch. 82, part J, section 16 and L. 2005, ch. 420
Subject:
Physicians and surgeons professional insurance merit rating plans.
Purpose:
To establish guidelines and requirements for medical malpractice merit rating plans and risk management plans.
