PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Part 76 of Title 3 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Banking Law, sections 10, 14(1) and 28-b(1), (3), (4) and (5)
Subject:
Compliance with Community Reinvestment Act requirements.
Purpose:
To remain consistent with the regulations of the Federal bank regulatory agencies under the Community Reinvestment Act.
