PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 4033.3 of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law, sections 103(2), 104(1) and (19)
Subject:
Remove obsolete reference to safety vest weight.
Purpose:
To promote the integrity of racing and derive a reasonable return for government.
