Denying the Petition for a Rehearing on its Treatment of Energy Service Companies Customer Prepayments
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/14/12, the PSC adopted an order denying the Small Customer Marketers Coalition's petition for a rehearing on its treatment of Energy Service Companies customer prepayments.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(1); and General Business Law, section 349-d
Subject:
Denying the petition for a rehearing on its treatment of Energy Service Companies customer prepayments.
Purpose:
To deny the petition for a rehearing on its treatment of Energy Service Companies customer prepayments.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 14, 2012 adopted an order denying the Small Customer Marketers Coalition's petition for a rehearing of the Commission's Order Implementing Chapter 416 of the Laws of 2010 on its treatment of Energy Service Companies customer prepayments, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
