PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/14/12, the PSC adopted an order approving Petition for Clarification and/or Rehearing by TransCanada Power Marketing, Ltd. to clarify the definition of residential customer and to correct a clerical error in the Uniform Business Practices, 5.B.4.d.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(1); and General Business Law, section 349-d
Subject:
To clarify the definition of residential customer and to correct a clerical error.
Purpose:
To approve clarification of the definition of residential customer and to correct a clerical error.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 14, 2012 adopted an order approving Petition for Clarification and/or Rehearing of the Order Implementing Chapter 416 of the Laws of 2010 by TransCanada Power Marketing, Ltd. to clarify the definition of residential customer and to correct a clerical error in the Uniform Business Practices, 5.B.4.d, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
